1. Collection and Registration of Data:
CV is committed to protecting the privacy of users of its website and, as such, only collects personal information from those who voluntarily provide it, and thus only uses it for the purposes for which were provided.

Under the terms of the applicable legislation, the user has the right of access, rectification of his data, so CV offers the customer permanent access to his data, thus enabling its rectification at all times.
2.2 – Free provision of data and acceptance of this privacy policy:
Any user may freely choose whether or not to provide their data.
Full filing customer file, contact form, request for quotes, reservations and newsletter subscription form is considered a voluntary indication of data and is understood as a declaration of acceptance by the customer of this privacy policy, as well as the treatment and storage of such data, by CV, for the commercial purposes for which they are intended.
Thus, CV reserves the right to store and use the data provided by the customer until the customer’s express declaration requesting its deletion.
2.3 – Deletion of data
Although CV does not undertake to store customer data after the deadlines for renewal of its services have been exceeded and/or after termination of the contract without express information about it, CV will not be able to determine with certainty whether the customer intends to or not to remain registered as a CV customer.
If it is in the customer’s interest to no longer be contacted by CV, do not store their data anymore, they must expressly request the deletion of their data from our databases.

3. Security and use of your information
CV undertakes not to sell, rent or transmit, or under any other title, any personal data sent by users of our website to third parties, without prejudice to doing so with the user’s authorization or when legally required. CV ensures that, as far as is required and reasonable, appropriate technical measures have been adopted and organized to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration and/or unauthorized dissemination of personal data.
Any attempt to violate the database of this website will be subject to criminal action and criminal complaint, as provided for in Portuguese legislation regarding databases and may imply civil and criminal liability.

4. Preservation of personal information
After the collection of individualized personal information voluntarily transmitted by the user, CV will proceed with its conservation and maintenance for the period necessary for the purpose of its treatment, until instructions to the contrary, or until the law requires its elimination.
